Cancellation Policy

At Charjd, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be simple and transparent for our customers.

Order Cancellation by Customer

• Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped

• To cancel an order, please email us as soon as possible at globalrobotics@gmail.com with your Order ID

• Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will be handled as per our Return Policy

Order Cancellation by Charjd.com

We reserve the right to cancel an order in the following situations:

• Product is out of stock or unavailable

• Incorrect pricing or product information due to technical errors

• Payment issues or suspected fraudulent transactions

• Delivery location is not serviceable by our courier partners

In such cases, the full paid amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Refund for Cancelled Orders

• If an order is cancelled before shipping, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method only

• Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

Non-Cancellable Orders

Orders may not be eligible for cancellation if:

• The product has already been shipped

• The order is under delivery or out for dispatch

In such cases, customers may refer to our Return Policy after delivery.
