At Charjd, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we’re here to help.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return or replacement under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged or defective on arrival

  • The wrong product has been delivered

  • The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery

  • The product is unused and in its original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Physical damage caused after delivery

  • Products that have been used, altered, or tampered with

  • Missing original packaging, accessories, or invoice

Return Process

  1. Email us at globalrobotics@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order

  2. Share your order ID and clear images of the product showing the issue

  3. Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or provide return instructions

Replacement & Refund

  • Approved replacements will be shipped after the returned item is received and inspected

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval

Shipping Charges

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong item), return shipping will be free

  • In other cases, shipping charges may not be refundable
