At Charjd, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we’re here to help.
Return Eligibility
You may request a return or replacement under the following conditions:
The product is damaged or defective on arrival
The wrong product has been delivered
The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery
The product is unused and in its original packaging
Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
Physical damage caused after delivery
Products that have been used, altered, or tampered with
Missing original packaging, accessories, or invoice
Return Process
Email us at globalrobotics@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order
Share your order ID and clear images of the product showing the issue
Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or provide return instructions
Replacement & Refund
Approved replacements will be shipped after the returned item is received and inspected
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval
Shipping Charges
If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong item), return shipping will be free
In other cases, shipping charges may not be refundable
